Italian Ambassador to India and Nepal HE Antonio Bartoli had a meeting with Chairman, ISRO/Secretary, Department of Space, Dr V. Narayanan at the New Delhi Office of Department of Space on March 19, 2025. Chairman, ISRO/Secretary, DOS highlighted the long-standing space co-operation between ISRO and Italian Space Agency (ASI) and discussed on the possible means of enhancing space collaboration at Space Agency level, Institute level and also at industry level. The Ambassador has invited Chairman, ISRO/Secretary, DOS to an event (Business Science and Tech Forum) to be organised by the Italian Embassy at New Delhi during April 10-11, 2025. A big delegation consisting representatives of space institutes, space industries and universities from Italy are expected to attend this event, to understand scientific and commercial collaborative opportunities available in India in the field of space.
