Dr. K. Sivan, Chairman, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)/ Secretary, Department of Space had a virtual meeting with Mr. Avi Blasberger, Director General, Israel Space Agency (ISA) on July 29, 2021.
Both leaders reviewed the progress of the ongoing activities including cooperation in electric propulsion system and GEO-LEO optical link. They also discussed potential opportunities of working together in future including launch of Israeli satellites in Indian launcher and commemorating 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence and 30 years of India-Israel diplomatic relations through appropriate event in the year 2022.
