Prof. David Tirrell, Provost of California Institute of Technology (CalTech), USA visited ISRO Headquarters, Bangalore and met Dr. K. Sivan, Chairman, ISRO/ Secretary, DOS on September 11, 2019. He was accompanied by General Larry James, Deputy Director of Jet Propulsion Laboratory(JPL) and other senior officials from CalTech.
